Do you supply members of the public?


No, our products are only available to trade customers.



Can i obtain a copy of your catalogue in any other form?


Yes, we can send it via email ( please request Excel or Text format) or a paper copy can be sent via post.



What methods of payment do you accept?

Do you have a minimum order value?


Yes, a minimum spend of £100 is required on initial orders, for subsequent orders this will be waived.



Is there a delivery charge?


Yes, carriage charges are subsidised by Midland, but please see Terms and Conditions for details.



Are your products new?


Yes, all products are brand new and direct from the manufacturers.



Do you replace faulty goods?


Yes, genuine faulty product will be replaced, if this is not possible a refund will be given. Please note, goods that have been mishandled by customers, ie scratched etc will not be replaced!



How do i place an order?


Orders can be placed via telephone, fax, or email.
